I consider the recipes I post to be nutritious and, equally important, unbelievably delicious. I typically avoid the use of refined sugar and instead, attempt alternatives that I find pleasing. Please do not hesitate to email if you want to receive a recipe adaptation that is gluten-free, vegan, autoimmune protocol (AIP), or paleo.
